Assembly & Warranty

Your Assembly Option Matters

FURNITURE MANILA ASSEMBLY

Assembly by Our Team

Where Furniture Manila assembly service is availed, our team performs the applicable assembly and the item remains subject to the applicable 7-day store warranty terms.

SELF / THIRD-PARTY ASSEMBLY

Customer Assumes Assembly Responsibility

If Furniture Manila assembly is available but declined and the customer chooses to assemble the product personally or through a third party, Furniture Manila cannot verify the assembly process.

Important Store Warranty Notice If Furniture Manila assembly is available but declined, the Furniture Manila 7-day store warranty will not apply once the item is self-assembled or assembled by a third party, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Receiving Your Order

Delivery and Pick-Up Have Different Responsibilities

FURNITURE MANILA DELIVERY

Inspect Before the Crew Leaves

The customer or authorized representative should inspect the merchandise immediately upon delivery.

Visible concerns should be reported and documented before the delivery team leaves whenever reasonably possible.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP / 3PL

Inspect Before the Item Leaves Our Facility

Once the item is released and transported by the customer, representative, or customer-appointed courier, transportation and handling are outside Furniture Manila’s control.

Damage occurring during customer-arranged transport, loading, unloading, or subsequent handling is not covered as a factory defect.

Upon Receipt

Inspect Your Furniture Thoroughly

Early inspection makes it easier to identify whether a concern existed at the time of receipt or developed later through transport, assembly, handling, storage, or use.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-Order Items Are Not Returnable for Change of Mind

Because made-to-order products are specifically produced or prepared for the customer’s order, they are not returnable for preference changes, incorrect customer selection, or change of mind. Qualified manufacturing defects remain subject to assessment under applicable warranty terms and law.
