Return Policy
What is the return policy for the products purchased at Furniture Manila?
Items sold at Furniture Manila are covered by a 7-day return. All you need to do is ship the item back to us. Store credits are issued once the item is received and cleared by our warehouse team. The initial delivery charge is non-refundable and non-convertible to store credits. A restocking fee of 20% or Php1,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged for returned items. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement if it has been evaluated by our Quality Control team that the items went through abuse and/or misuse.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY: (Must meet ALL requirements)
- Item must have the original box/packaging
- Must be unused, unassembled, and unmodified
- Original sales invoice must be presented
- Must have an approved Return Authorization (RA)
Items that cannot be returned includes:
- Clearance/Sale Items
- Gift Certificates
- Personalized, Customized, Made to Order Items.
- Appliances
- Bedding, Pillows, Cushions, Etc.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Items tagged as “on/box, self-assembly”
Strictly Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that were picked up by the customer or their representative and inspected on-site.
- Items that were self-assembled or altered by the customer.
- Items not reported as defective upon delivery or pickup.
- Items returned without original packaging, even if unused.
- Items returned without prior approval or without a valid Return Authorization (RA).
Return Reasons That May Be Approved:
Furniture Manila may allow returns for the following valid reasons only, subject to Quality Control (QC) inspection:
- Defective ItemMust be reported immediately upon delivery/pickup. Clearly note the issue on the delivery receipt.
- Wrong Product Delivered
- Item Not As AdvertisedSignificant deviation from product description/photos.
Important:
If any damage or defect is found during delivery or pickup, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ITEM. This must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately.
Disallowed Return Claims:
- “I was not around during the delivery.”
- “The crew did not ask to inspect the items.”
- “We didn’t have time to check the item.”
- “Change of mind.”
- “I thought it was a different size/color/etc.”
How to Request a Return:
- Go to our Contact Us page and provide the Order Number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item back (at your cost) or request pickup (additional fee applies).
- QC will inspect the item within 3–7 working days of receipt.
- Once approved, store credit will be issued.
Fees and Processing:
- 🧾 Restocking Fee: 20% or Php 1,000 (whichever is higher)
- 🚚 Original delivery/pickup fees are non-refundable
- 🔁 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on payment method:
- Cash: 30 business days
- Card/Online: Up to 45 business days including bank processing
- GCash: Refunds are issued via store credit only
Warranty Disclaimer:
- Warranty/returns do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to poor assembly or handling post-delivery.
- Once an item is assembled—either by our team or by the customer—it is no longer eligible for return or exchange unless it has a factory defect.
Consumer Notice:
Under Republic Act 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), a change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
