Price Match Guarantee

Found the same item for less from another legitimate seller? Send us the quotation and we’ll review it. For eligible requests, we’ll match the price and, where possible, beat it by 1% to 3%.

This covers home furniture, office furniture, mattresses and appliances, for individual, bulk and corporate orders.


What we match

We match the price of the same item sold by another legitimate seller. Many products look alike in photos, so our team verifies whether the two items are truly the same before we match. We check:

  • Brand and model or product code, if the seller states them
  • Dimensions (length, width and height)
  • Materials and construction, such as board type, metal gauge, foam density, upholstery and hardware
  • Finish and color
  • What’s included (set contents, accessories, assembly, delivery)
  • Warranty and lead time

If the specifications match, we treat it as the same item. If we can’t confirm it, we’ll tell you what’s different and may suggest the closest equivalent from our range. We compare the total cost, not just the item price. That includes VAT (if applicable), delivery, assembly and any other inclusions stated in the quote, so the comparison stays fair.


What we need from you

To request a price match, please prepare:

  • The competitor’s quotation or screenshot, showing the date and validity period
  • The seller’s name and a link to the product, or a quotation that shows its full specifications
  • The Furniture Manila item you want, with a link to it
  • Quantity needed
  • Delivery location and target date
  • What the competitor’s price includes (VAT, delivery, assembly, warranty)


Not eligible for matching

We can’t match:

  • Clearance, liquidation, display-only, damaged or used items
  • Unverifiable sellers or incomplete quotations
  • Items with different specifications, materials, warranty or lead time
  • Prices that leave out VAT, delivery or assembly when ours includes them, unless the comparison is adjusted to the same total

Our team reviews every complete request and tells you the result. If we can’t match, we’ll explain why.

We match eligible offers and, where possible, beat the comparable total price by 1% to 3%. Furniture Manila makes the final decision on whether two items are the same, based on the specifications above.
