Product Defects

We make every effort to ensure that all items delivered to your home are brand new and are only assembled on the day of scheduled delivery.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all products sold on our site do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

However, Furniture Manila offers a 7-day limited store warranty from the date of delivery, which covers factory defects only. This warranty is separate from our Return Policy and applies even if the item has been assembled or used, provided the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

The following instances are NOT CONSIDERED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:

•  Natural wood grains and/or “eye” marks

•  Wrinkled marks on heated areas of painted wood

•  Minor imperfections in paint, varnish, or laminate due to material characteristics or workmanship

•  Slight surface marks or small dissociations

•  Local workmanship finish that differs from imported standards

What ARE Considered Damaged or Defective:

•  A deep crack on the wood not caused by misuse or improper care

•  A broken part that cannot be retouched and inhibits the use of the furniture

•  A defective mechanism not resulting from mishandling or modification

Made-to-order items are not returnable.
