COVID-19 ECQ Updates

Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) is once again imposed within Metro Manila.

What does this mean for you?

Although we have lesser manpower to process your orders, we will strive to provide the best customer experience as possible. With the remaining manpower we have, we will still process your orders and hopefully can still deliver your orders on the estimated target dates per order, unless your area is under lockdown by your LGU, please inform us right away.

However, customers service chat support may have some delays in replying back to you. We ask that you bear with us as we try to serve you better.

Good news! Our Makati showroom will be open to customers starting Monday (June 15, 2020) with revised store hours – Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm only.

We would require everybody to wear their face masks. Social distancing will be observed by allowing only 2 persons at a time inside the showroom.

We have also restored our In-house Assembly Services within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna.

Assembly services will be scheduled accordingly and may not be done on the same date of delivery.

General Community Quarantine (GCQ) has been imposed last June 1st. However, since there is still a high level of threat from the COVID-19 virus infection, as seen by the daily reports of the Department of Health (DOH).

As of yesterday, an addition of 359 new cases were added to the report, to which makes the total nationwide cases to 18,997.

In line to this report, we are still working hard to deliver all orders in time. We have work-from-home staff to help you in our chat support. Please use our chat support if you need help and not leave chat support questions in our social media accounts’ comment sections. This would help us in streamlining all questions. We have a skeletal crew in place that would prepare and dispatch deliveries. We are also in partnership with third-party delivery companies like Lalamove and Transportify to help us ease our deliveries.

Although some of our vendors are still not operational, which results to delays of sending items that have a Preorder or Made to Order status. We are working closely with some that are partially operational and have helped them ship out some preorder items or Made to Order items already.

We have opened our Makati Showroom for pickups (by appointment only) to help our customers located in the South areas. We ask that you don’t drop by if you have not set an appointment or are outside your appointed schedule. This would help us implement social distancing in our showroom.

We are still trying to remove some backlog in deliveries. We ask that you use our site’s Track Your Order page to check your status, rather than flood our chat or emails for updates. This would help us lower the wait time in responding to all of you.

We would also like to urge everyone to still practice social distancing, maintain good personal hygiene, and to always stay safe for you and your family. GCQ, is still a quarantine, this does not mean that the threat is non-existent. Stay home if you don’t need to go out, we’ll come to you.

We are working closely with our vendors to help fulfill orders, as of this moment we are now able to fulfill some orders even if the items are on preorder.

Nothing has changed, the COVID-19 virus still poses a threat to everyone. Despite the modification of the ECQ or MECQ, our office and showroom will remain closed until further notice.

We urge everyone to practice social distancing and good personal hygiene. Stay safe always.

Our office and showroom will remain closed until management has deemed it fit to have our entire team to work safely.

All communication will be made via our website’s chat system and Facebook Messenger.

In line with the government directive of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and social distancing, we are imposing a no-contact delivery initiative.

Temporarily, we will not accept cash on delivery (COD) payment options. We have also temporarily suspended our In-Home Assembly services until further notice to protect the health and safety of our customers and our team.

At this time, we are only able to process items with IN STOCK statuses for pick up or delivery via our partners in Lalamove and Transportify.

For orders that has a preorder item, we will have to continue processing those orders after the ECQ has been lifted.

Good news! We have been able to process certain IN-STOCK items for pick up or delivery to certain locations. We’ll coordinate and send you guidelines through your email after we have processed your order.

Our office and showroom remain closed at the moment. Please use our chat support for faster response, as we can only accommodate chat and some emails as of the moment.

We are still trying to figure out how we may be of further service to our customers in these times, especially as we inch towards the “new normal”

Due to the imposed Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) that is currently in effect in Luzon, we have to scale down our operations.

We are still accepting orders via our website.

During the ECQ period, deliveries have been limited to transporting essential goods like food, medicine, or other basic necessities, all orders received will be processed and scheduled for delivery after the restrictions have been lifted.
