I rated it just a 3. The wood finish is a bit rough to touch with some visible pores on the surface. It would have been nice if it was shiny and smooth. The 1-seater’s back cushion (upper right side) was dented but it’s okay. I could have it returned but not much of an issue for me. The delivery guys must’ve stacked something on it causing the dent. As for comfort, it is a bit too hard. Perhaps, because it is still new? No worries, I’ll get used to it. I very much like the design, sofa fabric, and sturdiness, though.
