Price Match Guarantee

If you received a lower quotation from another legitimate supplier for the same or a comparable office furniture item, send it to us and we will do our best to match the price and beat it by 1% to 3%.

This program is designed to help government and corporate clients finalize procurement faster while ensuring you still get reliable delivery, proper documentation, and after-sales support.

What we match

We can match a competitor’s price when the offer is comparable, meaning:

  • Same item or comparable specifications (size, material, finish, features)
  • Same quantity and delivery location
  • Clear delivery lead time and warranty coverage
  • Quote is valid and verifiable

We match based on the total landed cost, not just the item price. This includes VAT (if applicable), delivery, installation, and other inclusions stated in the quote so the comparison stays fair.


What we need from you

To request a price match, please prepare:

  • Competitor quotation or screenshot (with date and validity period)
  • Item details and specifications
  • Quantity needed
  • Delivery location and target delivery date
  • Whether competitor pricing includes VAT, delivery, installation, and warranty


Not eligible for matching

We cannot match offers that are:

  • Clearance, liquidation, display-only, damaged, or used items
  • Unverifiable sellers or incomplete quotations
  • Prices that exclude VAT, delivery, or installation when our quote includes them (unless the comparison is adjusted to total landed cost)
  • Different or incomplete specifications (size, materials, warranty, lead time, etc.)
