To have the product purchased at furnituremanila.com repaired/replaced, please send an email to support@furnituremanila.com within (48) hours upon receipt of item. No monetary refunds shall be given.

Customer must specify his name, order number and a brief explanation as for the reason for return. The customer is responsible for the shipping back costs. No returns will be accepted without furnituremanila.com’s prior confirmation via email for the acceptance of the return.

Upon delivery or arrival of the items to you, we strongly advise, expect and require customers or its representative to carefully inspect the items for any damages, factory defects or significant inconsistencies as to the products purchased.

Please understand that we will decline reasons like:
“I am in a hurry and did not fully check the items.”
“Your crew was in a hurry and did not ask us to inspect the items.”
“I was not around or the person who received the items is not authorized when the delivery arrived.”

If there are damages or factory defects to the item upon delivery, DO NOT accept the item.  Once you accept the item, it is already considered sold. We charge a restocking fee for returned items*, 10% of the item price or P500 (whichever is greater) plus the delivery charge.

Defective items must be returned within (3) three business days from the date of delivery and should be in its original condition.

We ask that you send us a photograph of the defect/damage at orders@furnituremanila.com so we can see the extent of the damage and do appropriate actions.

All items for return or replacement must be inspected by our staff for verification.

Damage incurred due to misuse of the item are not covered by our warranty/returns policy.

Warranty does not cover wear and tear.

Change of mind regarding the purchase made does not entitle the customer for refund or exchange of items under Republic Act 7394.
