We make all effort that all items delivered to your home are brand new and are only assembled on the day of the scheduled delivery.
All assembly type products are serviced free of charge for 1 month from the date of purchase for factory defective items. After the 1 month allowance, an extra fee may be charged if replacement part is needed. Transportation fee may be charged depending on your location.
Made to order items are non-returnable.
All items for return or replacement must be inspected by our staff for verification.
Damage incurred due to misuse of the item are not covered by our warranty/returns policy.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear.
The following instances are NOT CONSIDERED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
* Natural wood will normally have wood grains and or “eye” marks which sometimes are evident on the wood.
* A bended metal will naturally will have a wrinkled mark on the bended area.
* Painted steel and or varnished wood or laminates sometimes will have unavoidable mark or tiny portion of imperfections natural to its characteristic and workmanship. Such imperfections can be retouched by using paint and or paint markers.
*Light scratches to the surface of the product or small discolorations on the surface.
* Local workmanship finish cannot be compared with other imported product finish.
WHAT ARE CONSIDERED AS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
* a deep crack on the wood (not resulting from misuse or improper care)
* a deep scratch or dent on the product that can’t be retouched and will inhibit the use of the furniture.
* defective mechanism, not resulting from misuse.
